Ava's Rule -- Delaware Child Photographer

Just a little while ago, I was hunting around online for some inspiring blogs by photographers. I LOVE seeing the amazing work of my peers. My daily blog travels take me all over the world ... from Australia to England, India to California. But I needed some new regular spots. So, I put out a call to fellow photographers asking them to recommend some truly inspiring photo blogs. One of my peers recommended this one. She told me that I would absolutely find the artist to be inspiring, moving, and a wonderful person. And I must say, I have. Many of her posts deal with the loss of her daughter, and I sit here with tears rolling down my cheeks as I read them. As I was clicking through her blog the other day, I came across the postcard that I've posted below. With summer right around the corner, I wanted to share it with everyone.

Randomness: French Faves

Whew ... two posts in one day. This is what happens when I stay home with a cold. This is like my fifth one this winter. So, good thing Spring is around the corner. Anyway, I was hunting around online for some French songs that I really like. I found three of my favorites. I have lots of friends that are learning French ... so hopefully they'll enjoy : )

The first one is a song from the play Notre Dame de Paris. Love it. Garou (the first guy) has the best scratchy voice ever. He made a great Hunchback.



I fell in love with this next song years ago.



And my all-time favorite: Lara Fabian.

Casting Call -- Female Size 0

I'm looking for a skinny minnie who would be interested in helping me out with a project. The only reason I need someone so small is because the dress she'll be modeling is tiny. Measurements: 28-30 bust and 23-24 waist. If you're a bit smaller (is that possible?!), that's ok ... we can tighten things up. I'm looking for someone who is between the ages of 16 and 35. If you are interested, let me know! Or, if you know someone who might be interested, please spread the word.

When? We'll choose a day and time that works for us both ... but it will be sometime within the next three weeks.
Where? Newark or Wilmington area.
How long? Two hours
Session Fee? No
Prints? You will be able to order prints (if you're interested) at a 50% discount.
