Cool Scoops Diner -- Delaware Child Photographer
For the last few weeks, I've been trying to hold a special shoot at the oh-so fabulous Cool Scoops diner in Wildwood, NJ. Twice we had to cancel because my little models were sick. But yesterday, it finally happened. The owners, Paul and Lori, were so very gracious and kind to allow us to use their awesome diner. Especially since we weren't quiet. Far from it. I'm betting that about halfway through the shoot, they were wondering how they could have EVER agreed to it. Sure, Trading Spaces was a commotion (check out their episode posted on their Web site!), but that's nothing compared to TWO two year olds ... on sugar. Between the running around, the yelling, the crying, the ice-cream knocking over, the itsy-bitsy spider singing, and the occasional temper tantrum, we were quite a group. In fact, it looked like chaos. But, the end result is as cute as can be.
Thanks again, Paul and Lori!!! Your diner is fabulous!!!!!! And we really, really appreciate your hospitality. Best wishes for a successful season : ) - Kate

Look at those shoes!! Move over Suri Cruise!!
I adore these shots. The models couldn't get any cuter! I couldn't stop from smiling. Great job Kate and the moms who dressed those adorable models.
Kate,
What can i say about my lovely little Maliya and adorable Aidan. Capturing these moments is such a beautiful way to see these wonderful children grow. Best to the Mommy's & Daddy's...keep smiling!

aunt april:)
What a fun day this was at Cool Scoops although the shoot did end with the two of them in tears, but hey that's the life of a two-year old! I love these pictures though especially the ones with them next to the old cars. Thanks again to Paul and Lori who let us come to their fabulous diner, as chaotic as it may have been the results are just adorable!!
Kate,
These are all FANTASTIC! I just love them all. Great idea!
Love the shoes, Love the sunglasses, Love the one of her in front of the car, looks like a pic of an Old Fashion Movie Star!
Kate - I love these shots. They are all so cute. We had so much fun with you at Cool Scoops. Tim loves the picture of Aiden looking under the car and I love the shots of Aiden sticking his pointer finger out as if he were calling the waitress or saying, "check please!"
